Product Overview:

WAVE is an onboarding platform built specifically for startups, HR teams, and hiring managers. It streamlines the onboarding process, saving valuable time, reducing friction, and ensuring new hires feel welcomed and valued from day one.

Core Idea:

Most existing onboarding solutions are overly complex, generic, or cluttered. WAVE provides a simplified, focused, and intuitive workflow specifically designed to enhance the onboarding experience for both teams and new hires.

Key Learnings:

• Generic onboarding tools often overwhelm users with unnecessary features, resulting in low adoption rates.
• Clear, user-centric design focused on essential onboarding tasks drastically improves the overall experience for both hiring teams and new employees.

Iterations:

1. Identified Pain Points: Excessive features, generic workflows, and cluttered UI in traditional onboarding tools.
2. Focused Simplicity: Removed unnecessary features, prioritizing clear, actionable steps.
3. Human-Centered Design: Added interactive prompts and templates to make onboarding engaging and meaningful from the start.

Project Status:

Paused after initial UI development and validation. Landing page completed for gathering feedback and user insights.
